It’s been a very busy start to the year for veterinary practices – and we know that the phone has been ringing off the hook.
According to Moneypenny call data, the busiest day of the year so far for vets was Tuesday 3 January, followed by Monday 20 March. Clients are most likely to call between 9-10am and 11-12pm on a Monday, and our Q1 call report shows vets need the most call support then.
